We ask that you respect our tenant's privacy and not disturb them if the property you desire does not state it is available for viewing.

To view any of our Rentals that say Available Now, please come to our office we’ll make a copy of your drivers license then give you the code to the lock box that is on the door.

Application Fee(Exact cash or money order please) - $45 for first adult, $25 for each add'l adult (regardless of marital status)
There will be an additional $20 fee if we need to run reports out of State

Applications are accepted on a first come basis only.  Applications must be complete in order to be considered.  Complete applications will consist of all supporting documentation, state-issued ID, Social Security card, completed application form with applicant’s signature authorizing Ned Baker Real Estate to conduct background/credit checks, and the application fee paid in full via exact cash or certified funds.
